Cancellations & Returns
We certainly hope you will never need to cancel your order, but if you do need to for any reason, please contact us. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Us tab at the top of any page. You can also call us at 465-951-9493. To better help us serve you, please provide the following information:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Billing Address used
- A good daytime phone number
The resolution will depend on the status of your order at the time you contact us. Here are a few guidelines:
- If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel your order and your credit card will not be charged.
- If your order has already been shipped and it is on the way to you: At this point we cannot cancel your order.
- Once shipped, please follow the returns and refunds procedures.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We attempt to fulfill every order to perfection, but we do realize that sometimes mistakes can happen. If there is a problem with your order of any kind, please notify us within five business days of receiving your order to report a problem. Below are a few helpful suggestions on how to handle some of the issues that might arise.
If you received an item you did not order or you did not receive an item you did order, please contact us so we can correct the error. We can then make a determination of where the error occurred. If the error was on our end, we will ship the correct item to you and credit your account an additional 25% off.
Damaged or Expired Item:
If an item is damaged or the product date is past expiration when received, please notify us within five business days of receiving your order and we will make arrangements to replace the product or refund the purchase price plus shipping cost of that item. We will need to email or fax you a customer service form for proper documentation. Please use the Contact Us tab to receive fastest, friendliest assistance.
If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within five business days of receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization number before returning any products. Our friendly customer service staff will work with you to determine the best course of action to resolve the situation quickly and easily. Our main goal is to insure that you are completely satisfied with the service you receive.
Please let us know within five business days of receiving your package. We'll need your order number and reason for requesting a refund. Nuegreen accepts the return of product* within the first 15 days of purchase and only where product is unopened or unused. We will refund your original method of payment or issue a store credit. Refunds will be provided on product receipt. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds requested after 15 days of order date will be assessed and handled on a case by case basis.
* Under US Food laws, food items are not returnable or refundable unless found to be out of date or the wrong item was shipped.
